New for 2011 9" and 11 1/2" Safari pannier for the 1200GS/A
The Safari panniers are the latest in a long line of panniers designed and manufactured by Jesse Luggage Systems in pheonix Arizona USA. Making these panniers with their rounded corners was an engineering challenge, after welding the boxes together all those welds then have to be ground smooth to give the subtle but strong shape that is both distinctive and exclusive to Jesse luggage. The Safari panniers offer both style and strength.
Only Jesse Luggage Systems offer a pannier set that will move back and forth on the frames by up to 5 inches so that you can have the pannier mounted as close to the centre of gravity as possible when you are riding solo. If you are riding two up then simply move the panniers to the rear mounting postion to provide all the legroom your pillion needs.

New ~ Mount the above Safari panniers on to BMW R1200GSA pannier mounting frames
Jesse Luggage now do a fitting kit so that you can mount your new Jesse Panniers using your existing 1200GS Adventure pannier mounts. (see picture below) This saves you some money but note that the BMW pannier mounts are slightly wider so you need to add about 1 1/2" (40mm) to the overall widths listed below. So choose the panniers this option and you will save £90 from the price listed below right.
